My name is Beth Herbert. I started Pencil Pies as a way to carry on my mom's homemade pie legacy. Named after my mom’s maiden name (Pencil), Pencil Pies is a celebration of family traditions. While working full time as a registered nurse in a cardiology office, my love for creating delicious, homemade treats has always been at the heart of my kitchen.
